Buying from a Marine Certified Dealer
General Manager Owner and Vice President, Don MacKenzie states:
“The Marine Industry Certification Program is designed to ensure that buying and maintaining a boat are pleasant experiences. When you visit a Marine Industry Certified Dealer you can feel confident you are choosing a business that is committed to your satisfaction. You can expect to find friendly, knowledgeable employees, quality products and reliable service.”
What does it take to be recognized as a Boating Industry Top 100 Dealer?
Managing a dealership to high levels of customer service and high volume sales is no easy task. Simultaneously creating an atmosphere that exceeds high consumer expectations can be even more difficult. For the most professional of dealerships, however, these tasks have not only become second nature, but they are firmly integrated in the business’ day-to-day operations. They understand that delivering on the promise of the boating lifestyle – not just a boat – is the number one key to success.
Yamaha Best In Class Award
To be eligible for this prestigious award, dealerships must be top-ranked nationally or within their territory and must meet stringent requirements set by Yamaha for both sales and service. The “Best In Class” Award is part of the Yamaha Outboard Dealer Recognition Program. Among Yamaha’s requirements for the award, dealers must have a certified, trained Yamaha mechanic on board.
Grady White Admiral’s Circle
