WHAT IS “TURN KEY?”
Boats Incorporated removes all the anxiety and unpleasant surprises of purchasing a new boat and or choosing to dock with us on our “Reel Deal” program. Who hasn’t gone to purchase a new car and on the day of delivery a new list of fees and “Oh By The Ways” appear on the closing schedule? The list is endless, Office Fee, Transfer Fee, Loan Origination Fee, and the list goes on. When you purchase a new boat from Boats Incorporated, the boat will be delivered to you on the date and time promised for the price quoted. Included in the deal will be:
- ALL FREIGHT & PREP
- COMPLETE COAST GUARD SAFETY PACKAGE
- IN WATER DELIVERY WITH INSTRUCTION
- FULL FUEL
- REGISTRATIONS AND NUMBERS INCLUDED (Connecticut)
- A FREE SLIP FOR 1 WEEK FOR ANY FOLLOW UP REQUIRED
- FIRST ENGINE MAINTENANCE (10 HOUR CHECK AND FLUID CHANGE)
- OUR BOAT LOANS WILL BE FIXED RATE, SIMPLE INTEREST,
WITH NO PREPAYMENT PENALTIES.

85% of our customers can’t be wrong signing up for our “Reel Deal” dockage program. While many facilities charge for every facet of boating using an “Ala Carte” menu, Boats Incorporated has developed a totally encompassing plan for our customers that not only covers every aspect of docking and sporting their boats, but also offers
an E-Z Payment plan to make their stay here even more enjoyable.
Choosing the “Reel Deal” program is another perfect example of our “Turn Key” approach to boat ownership as this one program includes it all!
For the summer dockage portion of the “Reel Deal” our customers will receive their own private slip that includes: Shore Power, Cable TV, WiFi Internet Access, Inground Pool, Bar-B-Que Area, Fish Cleaning Station, Private Restrooms and Showers, and more!
Once the boating season is over, the price will then include hauling and powerwashing your boat, shrink-wrap service, and winter storage. And last but not least, after Old Man Winter has departed we will unwrap your boat, compound and wax the hull, apply a new coat of bottom paint and launch her back to her slip.
Our “Reel Deal” program lets the customer know the cost of everything right up front for only $199/FT! To make it even easier, unlike other facilities that require payment all at once, we offer an E-Z Payment Plan by dividing the program into 3 payments periods over the course of the entire year.
